About the Role:

The Sales Representative generates and closes business from existing clients and new prospects.  The position is responsible for all phases of sales process (cycle) management from prospecting, to close, to client retention. The individual is expected to continuously grow the business over time and to represent Surdex to the marketplace and internally in a professional manner.

Essential position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as geospatial or geological science,  engineering, computer science or physics is strongly preferred
  • 3 - 6  years technical work experience with demonstrated career advancement required
  • Self-motivated to learn and produce results
  • Ability to travel 50% to conferences and clients
  • Primary residence in the St. Louis, MO metro area
  • Clean motor vehicle record to drive for the company
